Reception's Food Tasting Event
As the Reception class had been following the theme of "Food" this half term they decided to have a food tasting day. Each child brought in food from a different country and spoke about where the food came from and the class talked about if they had eaten the food before. The children tasted food from Japan, Turkey, America, Spain, China, Mexico, Italy, France and India. It was a fantastic day!
On the following day there was even more food! This time it was for the traditional Christmas parties! The children wore their party clothes and Father Christmas popped in to see the Nursery, Reception and Y1 and 2 classes. The children were so excited the moment they heard the sleigh bells across Bellver woods. They were so happy that he found time in his busy Christmas schedule to come in and chat to the children!
